About The Life Changing Leadership Forum

The Life Changing Leadership Forum is an entity of the Soul Factory. Deron and Jill Cloud established the Soul Factory in 1996. The mission is Changing Lives from the Inside Out. Like Dr. King and many other socially conscious leaders, they understand the importance of believing and belonging, thereby establishing community life. While the vision of the Soul Factory speaks of creative ways to outfit and empower people for works of service, the overarching structure is to provide care for one another.

The Life Changing Leadership Forum is created for leaders by leaders. Its mission is to simply serve those who serve others. After reading the book “Children of the Movement,” it became even more imperative to make this vehicle for communication available to those who need an outlet for carrying burdens.

Mission: Serving those who serve others.

Vision: To provide leaders with training and address specific needs in an effort to foster a healthy growth environment that enables them to draw strength from those who “walk in their shoes” and are more inclined to experience the demands placed on those who heard a “who will go for us call,” and answered “send me.”

"Like Dr. King and many other socially conscious leaders, the leaders at The Soul Factory understand the importance of believing and belonging, thereby establishing community life."

Scripture Reference

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” 9 He said, “Go and tell this people . . . 11 Then I said, “For how long, O Lord?” And he answered: Until . . . (Isaiah 6:8-11)

We understand that Leaders are those with the heart for “going the distance” making them most susceptible to having their apparent strengths over-ride times of stress or fatigue. The Life Changing Leadership Forum is an opportunity for you to talk to your peers who are more likely to understand— those with shared goals and collective wisdom.

INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW!

Why we watch movies at Mass Cell Meetings?  Because a movie is an animated book.  They both tell a story that can inspire you or cause you to reflect.

His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11 according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. Eph. 3:10-12

But He said to me, "my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 2 Cor 12:9

The Life of A Change Agent

After reading the book “Children of the Movement,” it became even more imperative to make this vehicle for communication available to those who need an outlet for carrying burdens. Here are a few quotes that inspire The Life of a Change Agent:

"They became casualties of war. It was a war in which they were spectacularly triumphant, but they were treated and ignored like it was a war that they lost."

He says the movement was all-consuming. Sacrifices had to be made. p.4

He hears voices. Sometimes they are the voices of genius and sometimes they are the voices of lunacy. p.5

He gave his daughters something more precious than a meal. He helped them win the right to vote. p.12

… about the brutality they experienced trying to register black voters in Mississippi. "They said it was like you live a lifetime in four years." p.45
